  • An individual Totogi API call counts as one transaction

An average subscriber makes an estimated 40K transactions a year, though this will vary based on telco-specific settings and plan structures.

Totogi support is available by signing in with your Totogi account ID, then opening a support ticket at support.totogi.com:

Standard Support:

  • No more than 2 business days for support ticket response; 8 hours a day/5 days a week monitoring, up to 12 tickets per year
  • FREE

Gold Support:

  • 4 hour response time on Severity 1 support ticket response; 12 hours a day/6 days a week monitoring, up to 24 tickets per year
  • $45K per year OR 15% of your fees, whichever is greater

Platinum Support:

  • Phone support + 1 hour response time on Severity 1 support ticket response; 24 hours a day/7 days a week monitoring, unlimited tickets per year
  • Platinum phone support
  • $60K per year OR 25% of your fees, whichever is greater
